Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Some general comments. Everyone is scary in this episode. Kara is completely weired out, and I think it's evident that the crew of the Demetrius is terrified of her. And annoyed because they've been on the ship for three weeks and are making no progress. Kara appears to have no idea where Earth is. There's a weird scene where Sam talks to her through a metal mesh floor grate, with her standing above the room with all the rest of the crew.
The four Cylons, including Sam are also a little scary in this episode - particularly, of course, Tory.
And the sex scene.
First of all, the writers engage in sledgehammer writing throughout this episode, and this scene is no exception. She mocks him for wanting to talk about their relationship, and openly states that she married him because he was "the easy choice". She also makes pains to point out that she's not the same girl he married. (Of course, he's not the same guy either.) He pulls out the tattoos and reminds her that they are part of who they are. She continues to goad him. They have a shoving match, and she begs him to make her feel something. He obliges. (cut for commercial) - when they return in the "aftermath", Kara makes the statement that her body feels like "an alien thing." From the expression on his face, it's pretty clear he completely identifies. And I take that to me he beleives she's a Cylon too.
Regarding Chief/Cally, that relationship definetly took a sledgehammer, and was presented as being a thoroughly unhappy marriage. Cally's reaction to the news is pretty accurate. And she does go to the airlock to kill both herself and Nicky. Tory is incredibly frightening in that scene. First she talks Cally down from the suicide/murder, and then she whacks her and very calmly dispatches Cally.
Tory tells Cally that she the new Cylons are still the same people that they were. Tory has always been rather ruthless, and I guess you can say that finding her Cylon nature has made her more so.
So, IMHO, a lot of stakes were raised here about who exactly is what.
And that's not even getting into the fascinating stuff on the base stars, (except for the Cavil/Boomer kiss. Squick.)

So Bring on some screen caps!

Sigh. Gods. I keep re-watching the scene. It's painful and disturbing and yet...
